1. Gaming should always be a fun activity. You should not have unreasonable expectations of gains on the Site.
   
   
2. Everest provides a safe and responsible Site, secure and regulated deposit methods, and automatic withdrawal to help you play responsibly. We also offer those who may feel as if they are developing a gaming addiction access to qualified addiction professionals.
   
   
3. When creating your Account, you are asked to define your skill level and poker ability as follows:
   
   
   1. When creating your Temporary Account, ceilings on the amount of deposits and bets have to be set.
   2. Once your Account is permanent, you will be asked to define the threshold for automatic withdrawal from your Account balance on your Payment Bank Account. A threshold has been set by default and it is your responsibility to change it.
   3. No transaction will be validated before you set these thresholds.
   4. Please note that, at any time, you can change your deposit, wager and withdrawal limits, as well as the duration of your self-exclusion period. If the change is consistent with the need for greater protection, either through a decreasing your access to cash and wagers, or extending the self-exclusion period, it will take effect immediately. Otherwise, the change will take effect within two (2) days from the date of your request.
      
      
4. You can, at any time after you register and open your Account, exclude yourself from our Services and block your Account temporarily or permanently. Once your application is processed and your Account is blocked and/or closed, no further game action will be accepted and you will not receive more publicity on our part. Your self-exclusion must meet the following conditions:
   
   
   1. The duration of a temporary suspension may not be less than seven (7) days;
   2. When your application for permanent self-exclusion has been processed, you can open a new Account only after a period of three (3) years from the Account closing date. No Account closed at the end of a permanent self-exclusion may be re-opened.
      
      
5. We reserve the discretionary right to block or terminate your Account and refund any balance if we believe you have a gambling addiction, and that continued use of our Services may harm your health and your well-being.
   
   
6. Player agrees to participate in all Everest events in a courteous and respectful manner. Player will refrain from making rude, obscene or offensive comments to other players or Everest staff members.
   
   
7. Offensive or inappropriate language will not be tolerated with regard to Everest services or personal. Any violation of this rule will result in the suspension of gaming privileges, or similar action in compliance with Everest Gaming LTD obligations. No inappropriate or offensive epithet will be allowed as user name and/or your player name. This includes but is not limited to terms that are deemed vulgar, sexist or racist. Everest Gaming LTD reserves the right to change the screen name of any player who violates this policy, and to take any steps deemed appropriate, up to and including closure of your Account.
