OL Tourmanents Terms & Conditions

VALIDITY AND SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION:
 
Tournaments take place during the entire Ligue 1 French soccer 2010/2011 season, five (5) days before each game. Subject to tickets availability, Everest Poker may also create tournaments for all others competitions where Olympique Lyonnais is playing.
 
PRIZE POOL:

Depending on the type of the game, the Prize Pool will be:

  • For Home Games: Five (5) packages of two (2) tickets:
  • The winner of the tournament wins two (2) tickets for the game in the Club Lounge section, including a cocktail before the game and during half-time, followed by a dinner after the game.
  • The second and the third finishers in the tournament win a two (2) tickets in the Club Prestige section, including a cocktail before the game and dinner following the game.
  • For the fourth and fifth place finishers, each wins two (2) tickets in the Jean Jaurès stand.
  • For Away Games: Only the winner of the tournament wins two (2) tickets in the main section of the opposing team’s stadium. 

 

WINNING PLAYERS CONTACT AND AVAILABILITY OF PRIZES:
 

  • Winning players will be contacted, by email and/or phone, by the Everest Poker Customer Service at least one business day after the tournament.
  • Winning players will have to provide Everest Poker’s Customer Service team the name and email of the two (2) people who will attend the game at least 24 hours after being notified by Customer Service that they have won. If the players do not give an answer during this period, it is considered they have forfeited their prize. In this case, the prize will be awarded to the following player in the tournament leaderboard.
  • Tickets availability and delivery option (time and place) will be stated by email at the earliest 72 hours before the game. Usually, tickets will available at the stadium ticket office at least 2 hours before the game’s kick-off.
  • Each prize awards two (2) tickets for the game for which the tournament is played. Prizes cannot be exchanged for another soccer game.
  • Each prize package is personal and non-transferable. It may not be, under any circumstances, exchanged or sold. Equally, you may not be reimbursed for the value of the ticket package.
  • Each tournament players accept without restrictions these terms and conditions, and all terms and conditions mentioned on the website www.everestpoker.fr.
  • Everest Poker has the right to replace the Prize Pool of the tournament by other prizes with an equivalent value. Everest Poker has also the right to modify, at any time, the rules of the promotion, as well as the suspension or extension of these rules, providing justification.
